How Much Is Shipping?

We offer a shipping rate based on number of items ordered. Outside of the United States please contact sales for pricing. All orders are shipped usually within 1 business day of receipt. (Please add 1 additional day for gift wrapped items.) Customers are notified upon shipment and domestic orders are provided with a USPS delivery confirmation number. Domestic Orders are received in 2-3 days of ship date!

What is Your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with all your Baby Outfitter purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send an email to service@babyoutfitter.com within 7 days after receipt of your merchandise. We will send you complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a full refund. If you contact us within 5 days after the receipt of your merchandise, we will guarantee a full refund, no matter what the reason. We will however ask you for the reason in order to better serve you in the future. Our policy is the best in the biz!

Moms get busy! If you miss the 7 day return window, we will still accept the item back, but you will be issued a credit towards another item in the amount of the original purchase only.

In an effort to prevent fraudulent activity, your Order is subject to acceptance by Baby Outfitter and may be refused for reasons such as credit concerns, unusual volumes, past records or shipping addresses.

Are Payments Secure? Will Anyone See My Personal Information?

All data obtained from our customers is used for the sole purpose of filling their orders. No information personal or otherwise is shared with any other business or financial entity.

Because we process our payments with PayPal, No personal financial or credit card information is EVER passed through our site. We will never have access to any of your account information.

Is There Anything Wrong With Your Like New Items?

We bring the best deals right to your door! Most of our items are gently used. However, they are in Like New and most often EXCELLENT - MINT condition. All items undergo an initial quality inspection for missing buttons, non-functioning zippers, holes, stains, etc. We look for torn pages in books, any damage to the toys and test all videos and DVDs prior to listing them.

Items ** are laundered and inspected a second time. Then they are pressed and photographed for each listing. Unlike other sites, we do not categorize or rate the quality of each item. We take clear photographs of each item and shoppers can click on the item photos to enlarge them for closer inspection.

We focus mainly on high quality manufacturers such as Baby Gap, Baby Guess, Ralph Lauren / Polo, Hurley, Gymboree, etc. We provide selections from Sprockets, Pine Peak Blues (Nordstrom), Roxy, Quicksilver, Carter’s, OSHKOSH, Cherokee, Old Navy and many more. But, we also offer adorable items from lesser known designers and manufacturers. After all….cute is cute no matter where it came from!
